Parents Together is a member of Tobacco Free Michigan, Michigan Department Of Community Health (MDCH); Patricia Bobo is the Designated Youth Tobacco Representative  (DYTUR) for Washtenaw County.  

Parents Together attends Tobacco Section sponsored trainings and meetings, the Regional Clean Indoor Air Coalition, the Regional Tobacco Reduction Coalition and MDCH-sponsored training, workshops, and meetings.  Parents Together actively collaborates with the Washtenaw County Health Improvement Plan (HIP) to improve the health of county residents through the reduction of tobacco and secondhand smoke, also supports the Washtenaw Asthma Coalition in their efforts to provide education and smoking cessation materials to asthma patients in communities of color, lower income individuals and pregnant women. We support federal, state, and local legislative issues for cleaner air; and advocate in favor of smoke-free polices and environments at the local, state and national levels.
